Build practical workplace skills through hands-on learning and real-world experiences. Participants practice customer service, professional communication, workplace organization, responsibility, teamwork, and appropriate workplace behavior. Activities also introduce employment preparation, including identifying personal strengths, completing basic job applications, and practicing interview skills.
